My career started off in customer service and sales as a young kid helping at my family’s locally owned, long-time business, Le Jouet toy store, in New Orleans long before most of my friends even knew what a job was. Through my family business and dad’s mentoring, I learned how to put customers’ needs first and to help a person feel good about the purchases made at our store to ensure their repeat business and loyalty. The unique experience has given me advantages that I never realized were so valuable in life and business, and it’s translated into a very successful career in real estate.
I graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Business, and my first job out of college was with world-wide company IBM in Atlanta, where I sold technology to other world-wide accounts. My career stayed with technology in other parts of the country until the desire to move back to New Orleans was too hard to resist anymore, and I took my new perspective and knowledge of sales and problem solving to our family business in 2008, and have been here ever since. I began my real estate career in 2011, have expanded my client base and knowledge of the city, and decided to follow the family tradition of owning my own business.
Throughout the years of real estate, I’ve sold houses all over New Orleans and the metro area, even as far as Grand Isle. Real estate changes all the time, and it is important to keep abreast of what the market demands. My firm offers cutting edge technology with a website that offers links to the MLS and market statistics; drone technology for taking pictures of properties; 360 degree interactive photos. Buyers and sellers alike are on the Internet all the time and can get information from different sources. My job is to make sure they know that they will get accurate and up to date information from my website and my personal expertise in the industry.
My passion is helping to make people’s lives easier. There is no better reward than to know that my clients feel great about houses I’ve sold for or to them.
