We are lucky to call culturally rich New Orleans home! I was born in a Thai refugee camp following my family’s escape from the Pathet Lao communist regime at the end of the American Secret War in Laos. Shortly thereafter, my family moved to New Orleans in January 1981.

Setting roots in New Orleans, my family found its subtropical climate and French influence familiar to our former home. I was instilled with my parents' strong work ethic and began working from a young age, honing my client services and leadership skills from a variety of job experiences. I began my career managing several successful French Quarter women's apparel boutiques (Violet's II and Frock Candy stores) while I was in college.

I moved on to work for Discover Films, Inc, a national leader in prevention-based educational video production. While at Discover Films I expanded my expertise in sales, distribution, and government funding. Upon the company's fold in post-Katrina New Orleans, I found my passion for housing. I took a position as an administrative assistant at the Covenant House Community Mental Health Clinic, a youth homeless shelter providing mental health services for its youth residents and the greater community. I committed to remain in New Orleans and believe in the collective need to rebuild a healthy thriving city; the need for resources and housing for all.

I am skilled at intuitively understanding my clientele and their desires while guiding them through a smooth real estate market process.

While renovating my parents' flooded home in New Orleans East, I helped my family reopen their restaurant, Bangkok Thai, as one of the first to come back and serve the Riverbend neighborhood. I obsessively tracked every neighborhood's rebuilding efforts by watching the real estate market evolve since 2005. I finally realized my calling to help New Orleanians achieve their property ownership goals when I obtained my Louisiana Realtor license in April 2016. Having worn many "hats" I am skilled at intuitively understanding my clientele and their desires while guiding them through a smooth real estate market process.

I attended public schools and the University of New Orleans where I studied fine arts with a concentration in sculpture. With a background in art, I have a keen eye towards detail and construction when helping clients find their dream home or to sell their beloved home. Having lived in many neighborhoods as a lifelong resident, I can seamlessly guide my buyer clients in any local market and effectively market my listings. I live in the historic Upper Ninth Ward and enjoy gardening, cooking, herbalism, architecture, camping and traveling with my partner, Tom, and two dogs, Bobby and Gerty. My clients love my knowledge, honesty, advocacy, and patience.
